Britney Spears Rarely Engaged With Her Sons

On Tuesday, commissioner Scott Gordon gave his ruling in the bitter custody battle involving Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.

Los Angeles (eCanadaNow) - On Tuesday, commissioner Scott Gordon gave his ruling in the bitter custody battle involving Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.

The judge ruled that Kevin Federline would continue to have primary physical custody of Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1).

Spears, 26 will be allowed to see the two boys twice per week and one over night visit -- both monitored by a court-appointed supervisor, reported TMZ.

The ruling was heavily effected by parenting coach Lisa Hacker who spend a significant amount of time with Spears and her sons.

“The environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all,” said Hacker.

“During all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play,”

Hacker closed her report by stating "The problem is that unless Ms Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has (on) her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Gordon said that if Spears does not comply with drug testing, her visitations can be decreased to only once per week.

Spears and Federline divorced in 2006.
