Eli Manning Marries college Sweetheart
New York (eCanadaNow) New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and his fiancee, Abby McGrew married over the weekend.
The couple, who have been dating since university, were married in front of 40 people, including Mannings's brother Peyton, who also plays in the NFL, The New York Post first reported.
The wedding which was held at the One & Only Palmilla resort was designed to the couples specific needs said wedding planner Karen Kaforey.
"Everything in their lives is so big, I think they wanted this wedding to be really small and elegant and intimate," Kaforey told the Post.
Manning, 27, proposed to McGrew, 24, in March 2007.
Manning was the MVP quarterback for the Super Bowl champions the New York Giants. |
