New York (eCanadaNow) - Blogs and internet forums are buzzing with rumors of a Lindsay Lohan sex tape scandal.
A video still has leaked on the internet of what is purported to Lohan performing a sexual act on her former boyfriend, Calum Best.
The two were a couple last summer.
The Sun is claiming that Calum supposedly sent the video to close friends and it somehow made it's way online.
According to TMZ, Lohan, 21, is freaking out since she doesn't even recall it being filmed.
In California it is a considered a felony to surreptitiously record someone where there's a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Lohan's rep told US magazine, the tape is not of Calum.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not Calum in the tape," his rep told Usmagazine.com.
Lohan has reportedly told her family and friends that the tape is a fake.
