
The second movie of the Twilight series, Twilight Saga: New Moon, will open in exactly one month from today on November 20. Fans are eager to see actors Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene and Peter Facinelli in their respective roles, in addition to discovering new characters played among others by Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen.
In New Moon, the family of Edward leaves town of Forks in response to an incident on the anniversary of Bella. Lonely, the girl finds solace in the arms of Jacob, but then learns that he is actually a werewolf. Sought by Victoria, who wants to avenge the death of his friend James, Bella is in danger. Lorsqu'Edward learns by mistake, the death of his friend, he left for Italy to confront the Volturi, who tell him that Bella knows the secret of vampires, must be converted or killed.
Melissa Rosenberg wrote the screenplay based on the book by Stephenie Meyer. New Moon will be directed by Chris Weitz, the man behind American Pie and In the Dark Materials - The Golden Compass.
In a new trailer released today on iTunes, we get our first real glimpse of Jacob and the wolf pack.
In the video, we see Kristen Stewart facing the Quileute tribe and slapping Paul (Alex Meraz). This action triggers the transformation of Paul into a werewolf. Terrified, Bella runs away and tries to take refuge in the cabin where Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) is. Then she shouts to Jacob to run and flee the danger. Instead Jacob turns to a werewolf. The clip, unfortunately, stops there.
The third installment of the Twilight sereies titled, Twilight Eclipse, is currently being filmed in Vancouver.
