Hollywood (eCanadaNow) - The brother of Paris Hilton, Barron Hilton, has pleaded guilty on Wednesday to two misdemeanors linked to a drunkin-driving incident in Malibu.

He has been sentenced to probation as well as alcohol education programs.

The 18-year old younger brother of Paris will lose his license for a year as well.

He was not in the court as his attorney entered the plea for him.

He was charged with DUI as well as possessing a fake driver's license.

He was sentenced to 3 years probation, fined $2,000 and ordered to take part in a 3-month alcohol education program.

He also has to take part in two other programs.
