It seems that the writer's strike is finally coming to an end as the Writers Guild of America has agreed to a tentative contract with the studios, and with that, the Oscars are saved!.Hollywood (eCanadaNow) - It seems that the writer's strike is finally coming to an end as the Writers Guild of America has agreed to a tentative contract with the studios, and with that, the Oscars are saved!

The strike has been going on for four months now, but that could all be coming to an end.

The Writers Guild of America stated that a tentative agreement has been reached with the studios.  This came just in time to save the annual Academy Awards show.

This allows the Oscars to go off as planned on February 24, 2008 without any troubles.

Many expect the strike to officially end on Monday.

The strike will not likely be lifted until a vote on Tuesday.

Hollywood's producers are going to be returning to work on Monday though, getting top shows running again.
