Washington (ECN) - The number of confirmed E. coli cases in the state of Oklahoma has now topped 200, with more expected.
The Oklahoma Health Department put out a report on Tuesday, increasing the number of E. coli cases since the outbreak began.
The number of people infected with E. coli in the state is now at 206.
53 children have been cofirmed ill, with one death from the 26-year old man, Chad Ingle.
Investigators have linked the outbreak back to the Country Cottage restaurant in Locust Grove.
It has been closed for over a week.
