“My Weight Loss Coach” Allows Users To Track Habits

Toronto-The new video game that was developed by a Toronto video game developer is one that deals with healthy weight loss and provides users a way to track eating and exercise.

“My Weight Loss Coach,” is a new game that is being brought to market for the Nintendo DS personal hand held gaming system.

It allows its users to design and chart a course toward healthier habits and eating lifestyles, including weight, age and objectives that are set up for people of their age and sex.

It is a single user game that allows the user to enter personal information and to design their own personal profile that will assist them in weight loss and healthy eating.

Each day individuals using the game system can set objectives in exercise, or other challenges and it is hoped that this new game will help raise the overall consciousness of healthy eating for Canadian users.

Ubisoft game developer Simon Graveline has said his objective and primary focus has been to make something “motivating and also entertaining, to make small steps in health to make a huge difference.”

The game is being marketed with a personal pedometer that will allow users to plug into DS to see how well their footsteps match up to their personal goals.
