Boston (eCanadaNow) - According to a new report released by M:Metrics, Apple iPhone users love surfing the web on their mobile device, more than any other smartphone on the market.
They found that 85% of iPhone users use the internet regularly on the Apple iPhone. Much of this was attributed to two things, including the Safari browser, as well as AT&T offering unlimited data in its service plans.
They followed the habits of 10,000 adults for six months following the launch of the iPhone in the U.S.
The 85% of iPhone users who use the internet regularly, compares to only 58% for other smartphone owners, and 13% for mobile phone users.
The same can be said for search engines, as 59% of iPhone users visited a search engine, compared to 37% of smartphone users, and only 6% of mobile phone users.
The Apple iPhone is clearly the fan favorite to surf the internet.
