Hollywood (eCanadaNow) - The H5N1 bird flu virus has struck again as it has been confirmed that a 3-year old boy has died from the H5N1 bird flu virus in Indonesia. This brings the deal toll in Indonesia up to 108.
Indonesia's Health Ministry confirmed the death on Wednesday, bringing the death toll up to 108 out of a total of 133 reported cases in the hardest hit nation.
The country keeps on getting hit hard from the H5N1 bird flu virus, as things just do not seem to be getting better.
It is believed that the 3-year old boy caught the virus from chickens he was around in his neighborhood. Several chickens have died in the past week or so where he lived.
This comes days after Indonesia finished a drill to practice for an outbreak of the H5N1 bird flu virus.
