Washington (eCanadaNow) - According to the FBI, it is believed that a found parachute in Southwest Washington could have belonged to DB Cooper.
DB Cooper jumped from a plane 36 years ago.
He commandeered he plane back on November 24, 1971 from Portland to Seattle.
He stated that he had dynamite on the plane.
He got $200,000 and four parachutes and demanded to be flown to Mexico.
He jumped out of the rear exit of the plane over Washington, with the money strapped to his body. He was never seen again, either dead or alive.
Children playing outside have found the parachute sticking out of the ground earlier this month.
The FBI believes that this may belong to DB Cooper.
