At the London premiere of her movie “Bounty Hunter”, actress Jennifer Aniston told reporters, “I don’t think there’s any harm in getting back with an ex. Sometimes you meet each other at a time in your lives and you’re not necessarily ready or fully formed to have the maturity it takes to be in a relationship.”

Understandably, Aniston’s “Bounty” costar and rumored current squeeze, actor Gerard Butle, takes a much dimmer view of falling in love all over again. “I don’t think getting back with an ex is a good idea at all. I did it twice and it never worked.”

There is, of course, a difference: America doesn’t care if Gerard Butler gets back together with his ex. Gerard Butler’s ex isn’t Brad Pitt.

As the world knows, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were married for five years before he left her in 2005 for Angelina Jolie. The universal fascination with the couple – the Sexiest Man Alive, the world’s favorite “Friend” – continues to launch countless tabloid magazine covers, even half a decade after their split. And it’s always possible that Aniston wasn’t alluding to Pitt at all. Since the split, Aniston has been linked with Vince Vaughn and John Meyer, as well as Butler.
