Parents claim Wi-Fi is making children sick
Parents in Ontario, Canada are making claims that Wi-Fi is making their children sick. They claim that the children are getting ill while they are at school and being exposed to the Wi-Fi and that they are not having any of the symptoms at home.
The parents claim that their kids are experiencing dizziness, headaches, racing hearts, nausea, loss of memory, rashes on their skin, night sweats, trouble with concentration, hyperactivity, and insomnia because of the W-Fi.
They are demanding that the school shut the Wi-Fi off before the new school year begins. The parents believe that Wi-Fi is the culprit for all of these symptoms. They believe that every other possibility for the sickness while at school has been exhausted.
The parents feel as though the school system is not taking their concerns seriously and that nothing is being done to remedy the situation.
They say that the symptoms occur while the children are attending school. They claim that over the weekends the children do not suffer from any of the symptoms and feel as though it is the Wi-Fi exposure at fault.
The parents have even go so far as to say that they will pay for the computers to be switched to a dial up internet service.
The parents feel as though the wired internet does not impose any health risks and is therefore safer for their children.
There has been research conducted in the past about the health risks associated with Wi-Fi. There has been no evidence that the symptoms the children are experiencing are directly related to the Wi-Fi exposure but the parents are very adamant that this is the culprits.
The issue has not been resolved to the parents satisfaction as of yet and they are not going to give up until they feel there has been an acceptable resolution found.
