Brock Lesnar May “Never Fight Again”: Dana White

Things seem to be going from bad to worse for UFC champ Brock Lesnar.

The heavyweight fighter, who was originally supposed to headline UFC 106 on Nov. 21 against undefeated MMA specialist Shane Carwin, is seriously ill.

“He’s in rough shape, he’s in really bad shape,” UFC president Dana White told fans on Saturday after UFC 105.

“He’s in a hospital up in North Dakota somewhere right now. He went to Canada and some bad stuff happened to him, so we’ve got to figure it out … He doesn’t want to talk about it publicly, but he’s in bad shape. He’s not well and he’s not going to be getting well any time soon.”

“There’s a possibility Lesnar will never fight again,” White said.

White added that the fighter isn’t suffering from cancer or AIDS, but admitted Lesnar has mono and “something else.”  There was some speculation Lesner was suffering from H1N1.  SportsNet (Canada) suggested that the former WWE star may have contract lyme disease from a tic bite.

For now, Lesnar’s fight against Carwin has been postponed until UFC 108, to take place Jan. 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The light heavyweight bout pitting Tito Ortiz in a rematch against Forrest Griffin has become the new headline event for UFC 106.

If it is lyme Disease Brock is suffering with then he is about to have the two biggest fights of his life.

The first against the illness and the second against the controversy surrounding this illness that denies people adequate treatment.

I wish you well and suggest you have a thorough look at ILADS guidelines as they are your best chance.
