All recent independent studies show no real conclusive evidence connecting steroids to all these problems we constantly hear about, just because someone has used steroids its bad science to connect everything that happens to them to it; especially athletes who abuse their bodies in god knows how many other ways.

Yes steroids can cause an enlarged heart from abuse and prolonged use but this is treatable if the user takes care.

The worst part is steroids have great benefits for different kinds of conditions and great potential in later life for prolonged life and quality of living, but its bullshit politics and a billion $ sporting industry that hold back good science and medicine.
