Ray lewis cares about his team mates. I agree with him Brady Quinn took a cheap shots and should be fined. Also for all the brown fan you wish you had someone like Ray Lewis on you team than maybe you could be a real NFL football team.

Any hit below the knees is “ILLEGAL” and other players are “HEAVILY FINED” for doing the damn same.The rules are the damn rules and “SHOULD” apply to EVERY NFL Player not just certain ones.Cheap shot or not,it was an ILLEGAL hit that cost one of the Leagues best players five weeks off.Other than this,This is NOT about Ray Lewis ,it’s about an illegal the knees hit.This rule was brought on by the UNINTENTIONAL hit on Carson palmer in the 2005 playoff game against the Steelers.I believe the player that fell on Carsons knee was named Kuatomulu.There is “NO” damn defense of wrongness and ONLY in America do we see such defense of that which “YOU KNOW” is wrong.The rules ARE the damn rules.

I think that it was a cheap shot and that Quinn should sit out as long as Suggs is out. That would stop all the cheap stuff that goes on.

Ray Lewis is the biggest thug going. The fact that Brady Quinn (a QUARTERBACK, aka “wuss”) actually TRIED to make a tackle should make him a hero among sports fans in the USA. Ray Lewis is one of the biggest culprits of cheap hits and should keep his mouth shut.

If there are any CHEAP SHOTS against Brady in Baltimore, let them take ART MODELL to jail!!!!!

Absolutely an illegal hit, as defined by the rules change this year.

And yes, they should fine the hooey out of Quinn. Hopefully well north of $200,000 for knocking out a key player for over a month. He’s new? BS, if he’s man enough to step on the field, he’s man enough to know the rules and play by them.

Cappy, did you ever play football? Doesn’t sound like it. Ray Lewis has taken more cheap shot, than most of the NFL. He should be damn glad he is even playing and not in prison
