Tim Tebow’s Autograph Worth Big Bucks, Money Goes To Charity

Tim Tebow, who recently completed his illustrious college football career with the Florida Gators, has consistently been highly regarded for his dedication to philanthropy. Tebow, who constantly uses his fame to help the less fortunate has been in the news again for raising more money.

This past week Tebow was spotted signing autographs for fans at a local mall in Jacksonville, Florida. Tebow, who was the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner, was charging fans $75 for a photograph and $160 for an autograph. Reportedly, Tebow will be donating a portion of the proceeds he receives to his personal foundation, which is the Tim Tebow Foundation.

The former Gator’s quarterback acknowledged how special it was for him to sign autographs for his fans. He further stated that how his foundation has a goal to bring happiness to all children in their time of need.

While Tim Tebow experienced enormous success while playing for the Gators, his future in football is unknown. NFL scouts seem to disagree on how he could be best utilized as some scouts prefer that Tebow remain a quarterback while other scouts believe he would be best suited by switching positions. Tebow’s future will be clearer after next month’s NFL draft.

If people are willing to pay $160 for an autograph or $75 for a photo taken with the Gator Star, it’s their money, let them spend it any way they want, after all for some it may be a once in a lifetime moment. I say if he can get that much, go for it, who knows one day it may be worth millions, or it may be worth a dime, either way, they go into this transaction with eyes wide open.

Tim Tebow is not a wealthy athlete as yet, neither are his parents. this is a charity event, not all the proceeds go to his foundation, however, What is he supposed to travel and eat on. Some people cannot except the fact of a person being truly nice, and trying to do something good with his life.
