Victoria Secret a New Element in Dallas Cowboys Stadium
Before the Dallas Cowboys play the Chicago Bears, they will have the official opening of a new Victoria’s Secret store inside the Dallas Cowboys stadium, according to Fox Sports.
While Victoria’s Secret has released lines of licensed sports related apparel for several years, a store inside a sports arena is something new.
The Victoria’s Secret store will be one their “Pink” stores. The Dallas Cowboys location will sell the usual apparel, which is everything from T-shirts, sleepwear and tank tops to hoodies, loungewear and underwear. The ceremony for the opening took place Monday, October 1, 2012. Dallas Cowboys executives along with Jessica Hart and Elsa Hosk, Victoria’s Secret models, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“Well, we’ve got some beautiful places out at that stadium, some gorgeous surroundings, and nothing would be nicer than to have the showing of pretty clothes,” Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM] on Friday. “We’ve got the atmosphere and the forum to model and really show some pretty clothes and have them involved relative to sports and relative to the Cowboys, so why not?”
Those who attend games will find the new Victoria’s Secret “Pink” store in the club area of the main concourse directly above Entry A. Apparel sold at the Dallas Cowboys store will have the name and logo of the Dallas Cowboys team.
