Is age finally catching up with basketball wonderstar Kobe Bryant?
Bryant, who plays shooting guard for the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers, has missed not just one but two days of practice already due to an injured foot.
His right foot became bruised during the third quarter of the Laker’s game against Sacramento this past weekend which the Laker’s lost by 7 points, reports NBA.com
Bryant may have caused further damage to the foot by continuing to play after the third quarter injury, although he scored 21 points for his team.
During training camp at the start of the current season, Bryant was already plagued by a variety of ailments, including a right foot that was already tender, and a right shoulder that throbbed due to muscle strain. But Bryant isn’t the only Lakers on the injured list.
