Apparently the religion was not working for Prejean. Earlier this month the lawsuit was filed in Texas stating Prejean never paid her bill.

However, Prejean might also get in the suing mood. It is reported that the former Miss California might be bringing about a discrimination lawsuit. Her suit would be against the Miss USA pageant. Apparently Prejean feels a lot of stress due to what happened to her after her crown and title were stripped from her by the pageant officials. The issue revovles around Prejean’s opposition to gay marriage. After telling the millions of viewers she opposed gay marriage it is possible the answer may have cost her the big crown in the pageant. Instead, she placed second. Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton asked her the question. He then publicly remarked that, “She lost it because of that question. She was definitely the front-runner before that.”

Hopefully the beauty queen can determine how she will meet all of the courtroom appearances she might be facing.

Within a few days, Ms. Prejean came on “The View” to defend herself. She claimed that the tapes were made when she was only 17 years old and that they were only for an ex-boyfriend whom she loved and trusted at the time. She said that she never imagined that they would come out, and she advised other women to be careful about videotaping or photographing themselves.

Although Ms. Prejean took full responsibility for her youthful indiscretion and called it “the biggest mistake of [her] life,” she also said that her boyfriend betrayed her by publicly releasing a tape that was for only him to see.

However, her ex-boyfriend, who wishes to remain anonymous, is now claiming that she is a liar. He says that Ms. Prejean was not 17 but 20 when the video was made. He also said that there were more videos, and he has released those videos to TMZ. Although TMZ has not made those videos available for public viewing, those newest videos are said to be extremely graphic.

A new report reveals that there are as many as 7 other sex tapes and dozens of topless and racy nude photos of former Miss California Carrie Prejean.

Radar,  has just learned that the dethroned beauty queen has no less than eight sex tapes and 30 naked photos to her name.

“The footage we saw is a series of very graphic and hot clips,” said Vidid president Steven Hirsch. “Let’s just say that she appears to be totally enthusiastic and is thoroughly enjoying herself. Carrie says the tape was ‘the biggest mistake of my life.’ That may be, but she can take this mistake and turn it into cold, hard cash. I’m more convinced than ever that this could be our best-selling Vivid-Celeb tape.”

Hirsch says that the videos were obtained illegally and is hoping Prejean will commit to a contract.

Prejean’s attorney Charles LiMandri told Usmagazine.com: “Due to the confidentiality agreement which Carrie signed, she must decline to comment on any and all questions regarding a so-called ‘sex tape.’”

The latest in the never ending Prejean saga comes just days after the beauty queen tried to end an interview with CNN’s Larry King after he quested her about the settlement with the Miss California USA pageant organization.

Larry confesses that he refused to “dignify” her with any kind of response when she resorted to name calling and “didn’t understand it at all” when the former beauty queen began removing her mic in the middle of the interview.

Larry says: “I didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t know what was inappropriate. I’m doing my job…Anyway, life goes on.”

What Happened?

King: “Why did you agree to settle?

Prejean: “It’s a confidential agreement and I am not allowed to talk about that.”

King: “So the agreement discusses the motive behind why each party agreed?”

Prejean: “Larry, you’re being innappropriate…you really are. So..I’m not going to talk about…”

King: “What?! I’m asking a question.”

Prejean: “I’m not going to talk about anything that ws discussed in mediation it’s completely confidential and it’s a confidential settlement.”

King: “So what you’re saying is in the mediation, it was discussed why you were mediating.”

Prejean: “Larry it’s completely confidential and you’re being inappropriate.”

King: “Ok, fine. Inappropriate King Live continues!”

Prejean: “Yes.”

Then Larry takes a call. Prejean doesn’t even listen to the caller and instead looks over to her right and mouths to someone, “I am going to leave,” and begins removing her microphone. Or trying to at least..heh.

King: “Did you hear the question, Carrie?”

[Silence]

Then she doesn’t leave. She removes the mic but continues to sit there. Huh but doesn’t leave.

Larry was interviewed yesterday by Entertainment Tonight about his awkward interview with beauty queen Carrie Prejean

The beauty queen was asked by Larry King to explain why she agreed with the Miss California USA pageant or appeared to do so since she accepted their settlement.

At one point in the inteview, King took a caller who discribed himself as a “gay man,” Prejean began unhooking her microphone from underneath her sweater and whispering to someone as she sat there staring at the camera (she was not in studio with King)

“I can’t hear you,” she said, like a child.

“That’s because you took the mic off,” King replied.

Carrie Prejean attacked Larry King and told him she would walk out on his show if he continued to ask her about her reasons for dropping her lawsuit against the Miss California USA pageant for libel.

Miss Prejean told Larry King that his questions about the lawsuit and her settlement was priviledged information and that he had no right to ask her.

“Larry, you’re being inappropriate,” Prejean said when pressed by King.

Carrie Prejean is said to have made a sex tape when she was 17 years old which is why the Miss California USA pageant stripped her of her title. Questions about her lawsuit and the sex tape that might have led to her dropping her lawsuit greatly upset Miss Prejean.

Prejean at first said the existence of any sex tape was just a further step in the smear campaign against her, but last night in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Prejean admitted to making the sex tape for a boyfriend when she was a teenager. She has called the sex tape “the biggest mistake of my life”. The tape is reportedly so graphic that even gossip sites like TMZ.com have yet to post the video to their website.

The video and photos depicts Prejean pleasuring herself. TMZ claims it actually saw footage from it months ago, but didn’t publish it due to the graphic nature.

According to the gossip website, once Prejean was made aware of the existance of the tape, and the possibility of it going public, she backed away from the negotiating table. Pageant officials will foot the $100,000 bill for her attorney and publicist.

“Carrie Prejean, [pageant director] Keith Lewis, and K2 Productions [the independent pageant producers] have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future endeavors,” reported the official statement.

Prejean, 22, became Miss California USA 2009 before placing first runner up in the Miss USA 2009 pageant.
