Two men have been charged with lighter sentences stemming from the October attack of a nun. Mr Lindeman and Mr. Wells were charged to lesser crimes then the 17 count indictment. A 26 year old New Jersey man is being held in Yemen. He is accused of killing a guard as he was trying to break out of a hospital. Sharif Mobley was born and raised in Buena, New Jersey. Hazardous material crews and the FBI were both called to an IRS office in Ogden, Utah, about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City.
