While fans mourn the death of Dennis Hopper, his spouse wants the estate and now there are issues that involve Galen, their daughter.

This is due to Dennis Hopper’s estate trustees trying to make the mother and her daughter leave the estate immediately.

The family fight over the home has allegedly become so bad that the seven-year-old daughter couldn’t even go to her own father’s funeral because she wasn’t invited.

The actual circumstances seem to be that her mother was not allowed to go to it and therefore, the daughter could not be expected to go to it by herself.

In the second movie, ‘Horrible Bosses,’ Aniston joins Jamie Foxx, Jason Bateman, and Colin Farrell. The movie involves three friends, fed up with their careers, resulting in their decision to kill their managers to lessen their frustration.

According to TMZ, The woman took advantage of the fact that his divorce from Hopper has never been officially pronounced to require that he be paid what is rightfully his by her.

Hopper had filed for divorce in January. Some said it was to protect his fortune from the clutches of his wife a gold digger.

The couple had a daughter, Galen, now 7 years old.

The marriage contract states that Victoria Duffy may not collect an inheritance if the couple is still married and living under the same roof at the time of death of the actor.

Duffy has instructed his lawyer to have as much money as possible, saying that if she did not live under the same roof, the contract conditions are still satisfied, because both houses are on the same property .

“She said she would fight and I hope it will do that,” said the lawyer Duffy New York Daily Mail.

Hopper still has one movie remaining to be released. Lionsgate is going to release a film called “Alpha and Omega” in September, in which Hoper has a role.

Hopper passed away at his own home in Los Angeles surrounded with family and friends. He is survived by four children, two grandchildren, four ex-wives and his current wife who he is separated from.

In his later years Hopper lived a less rebellious lifestyle. Last September Hopper became ill but tried to continue working as long as possible. Unfortunately the last of his life was consumed with a bitter divorce from his fifth wife.

In March 2010 Dennis Hopper’s attorney announced that the Easy Rider star was “desperately ill”, unable to deal with stressful situations, and unable to conduct long conversations, making it impossible for him to appear in court. Hopper has been battling prostate cancer for sometime and has been reported as now weighing less than 100 lbs. It has also been reported that the actor is extremely weak and unable to undergo chemotherapy treatments for the disease.

Hopper is 73 years old. In addition to acting Hopper is also a filmmaker and an artist. He has starred in films such as True Grit. The marriage to Duffy was his fifth.

Hopper, sometimes referred to as a legend, appeared with a bandaged right hand and forehead. The bandages were a result of his fall. He said he fell on his face while holding his glasses in his hand. This resulted when the paparazzi called his name, to take a photo of the star, outside his home. He ‘thanked’ the paparazzi and said, “I know you have a tough job, but like sometimes, maybe you ought to be a little more sensitive.”
