The 31 year-old was reportedly seen swerving on the Hollywood Freeway in the wee hours of Wednesday morning before being pulled over by a patrol officer who conducted a sobriety test.

Klein’s blood alcohol level was registered at .20, almost three times the legal limit in California which is .08.

He was arrested and charged with two misdemeanour counts of DUI and was later released.

This isn’t the first offense for Klein who faced drunk driving charges back in 2005 when he was pulled over in San Diego.

He will spend a minimum of four days in prison if convicted of the second DUI charge.

In the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 16th 2010, Actor Chris Klein, better known for his role as OZ in American Pie, was arrested In Los Angeles, California and charged with a DUI.

A California Highway Patrol Officer pulled the actor over, after he was observed weaving in and out lanes, on the 101 Westbound Freeway, located in Sherman oaks California.

His blood alcohol level was not released to press; but was guaranteed to be way above the legal limit.

The actor had his dog in the car with him, they were taken to the Van Nuys police station, where the dog was picked up by a friend and the actor was released hours later without any bail, according to the Los Angeles News paper.

Nothing further about the actor having to go to court; but he was also arrested in 2004 and charged with a DUI that time as well.

Chris Klein Arrested For DUI

Kinkade was stopped in his Mercedes Benz shortly after leaving the Mission House on Delores Street in Carmel. Kinkade is a resident of Carmel and has two art galleries located in the area.

Once pulled over the police officer could smell alcohol and requested back up from California Highway Patrol to perform a field sobriety test. The artist failed the test and showed additional signs of being intoxicated. Officers stated that Mr. Kinkade was not belligerent or rowdy. Kinkade was the only occupant in the car at the time of the incident.

After being arrested for suspected DUI, the artist was taken to a nearby medical center to have his blood drawn for conclusive blood-alcohol tests. Results of that test are not yet available.

Kinkade spent the night in the Monterey County jail before posting bond the following morning. He now awaits a court hearing on the incident. Representatives from the Thomas Kinkade foundation have made no comments and have stated the artist is not available for any further comment.

Thomas Kinkade,52, is known as the Artist of Light and his art work is highly sought after. He has three additional galleries outside of Carmel in the Monterey area. In other news about the artist it has been noted that in the past week one of the corporations that he owns filled for bankruptcy.

Morgan was arrested in the city of South Hampton, located approximately 75 miles from Long Island. She has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as for failure to yield at a stop sign, and failure to remain in her lane of traffic. Morgan was also cited with a ticket for failure to wear a seat belt.

‘Real Housewives’ is a television reality series that focuses on the lives of professional urban women and upper class housewives. The show has filmed in several cities, including Beverly Hills, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Orange County, and New York City.

Morgan was featured on the New York City season of the show. Morgan is reportedly a socialite whom often keeps in company of designers and European Royalty.

The actress is scheduled to appear in court sometime later this month.

In this latest episode it was reported that he had been drinking alcohol during the previous three days before he was hospitalized. Hasselhoff has denied that he has any type of drinking problem. Friends reported that they expect Hasselhoff will continue to deny his drinking issues.

His legendary drinking binges are said to last for days. Last year he landed in the hospital twice due to his on-going drinking. Friends reported that the star lives in denial of his problem. His ex-wife, with whom he has a 20 year old daughter, was recently in jail for driving under the influence. Friends are concerned how Hasselhoff, and his former wife, Pamela Bach’s situation will affect the girls. It is said that it is a difficult situation, with the family, because the two drink their alcohol and they do not get along when they are together.

It was reported that on March 11 when Botos was suppose to appear for the sentencing on his drunken driving charge he did not show. Now he will face more jail time or greater fines.

He was driven to the Papillion, Nebraska courthouse by his father. His father needed assistance getting him out of the vehicle by deputies that were near by.

Jason Botos was so intoxicated he could not make it to the hearing. The judge over seeing the hearing issued a warrant for his arrest. Botos was arrested and placed in custody.

Jason Botos will have a new hearing date set for Tuesday March 16th. A spokeswoman for the jail said Botos is in jail and will remain there until he has set bail or the hearing date. Botos’ lawyer could not be reached for comment and did not return calls.

This is a case where you can be to drunk for a DUI. At least you can be to drunk to attend your hearing for driving under the influence of alcohol.

It had also been revealed that the police had showed up at the Kennedy home twice in the last month. In one call it was in reference to a domestic dispute between two siblings. The other visit did warrant a state domestic incident report but the police deemed that the situation had been handled and nothing else came from the case.

Police have said if there was anyone else in the car with her. Kennedy told police that she was at the school to pick up kids from a carnival. There has also been no word on to whether she has gotten a lawyer to defend her. Robert Kennedy, Jr. is an enviromental attorney in White Plains, N.Y. and has always been known for his passion for the enviroment and other earth issues.

Mrs. Kennedy’s blood alcohol level was 0.11 per cent. The legal limit is 0.08 per cent. She was arrested at the school in Bedford which is located 45 miles north of New York City. She told officers she was there to pick up people from a carnival.

Her husband, Robert Kennedy Jr., is the son of former Sen. Robert Kennedy who was assassinated while campaigning for the office of presidency. He is the newphew of President John F. Kennedy who was also assassinated. Kennedy works in White Plains as an environmental attorney.

The incident, which was reportedly heard at around 4:00 a.m. Saturday morning, occurred near Locklear’s home located in Westlake Village. The incident was not reported to police until around 8:00 p.m. During their investigation, sheriffs concluded that a car jumped the curb and knocked over a no-parking sign. They later found evidence that pointed to the actress’s black BMW as the car had markings on it that coincided with the scene of the accident. Ventura County Sheriff’s Captain Eric Dowd said that Locklear was cited and released in connection with the hit-and-run incident.

Locklear is no stranger to traffic violation; she is currently on three years’ probation due to her reckless driving plea deal in 2009 in order to release her from her 2008 DUI charges. At the time of her arrest, blood tests revealed that the actress was on prescription drugs. She had to pay a $700 fine and attend a 12-hour drug education class.

Cameron Douglas, the 31-year-old son of the Academy Award-winning actor, Michael Douglas, was sentenced yesterday in a New York court to five years jail time. The sentencing came as a result of his guilty plea to trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine in connection with his 2009 arrest. Cameron initially faced 10 years, but was sentenced to five with eight months credit for time which he has already served.

The young Douglas seemed remorseful when he told the court yesterday before his sentencing, “I apologize to my family and my loved ones for putting them through this nightmare of my making.”

It was a dramatic scene as Michael cried when his son spoke to the judge and Diandra Douglas, Michael’s ex-wife and mother to the boy, mouthed “I love you” to him.

Last month Michael and ex-wife Diandra along with many other family members wrote letters to the judge asking for leniency in the sentence. They petitioned the judge for Cameron to do his jail time in a drug treatment facility rather than a prison.
