Diaz and Timberlake dated for four years. The former ‘N Sync singer has since moved on to a relationship with actress Jessica Biel.

The “Charlie’s Angels” star says she’s delighted to be sharing a set with Timberlake. “We’re thrilled to have him,” Diaz told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush. “He’s the best person for the job. He’s going to be hilarious. He’s clearly a very talented comedian, look at his ‘Saturday Night Live.’ He’s fantastic; he’s going to be so great.”

For her part, Biel is equally sanguine. “I haven’t read the script, but I think it sounds fantastic,” she told E! News. “It sounds like it will be so funny. Obviously, I’m superexcited for him.”

The incident happened after Janet Jackson and Justin Timber lake were performing together during the halftime show. A small piece of material on Janet Jackson’s costume was torn away thus exposing her to the millions of viewers at home watching on TV. Last year, however, the U.S. Supreme Court asked the lower court to consider putting the fine back into place. This directing was done after another case ruling that found the Federal Communications Commission could warn even the slightest profanity with a strict fine.

On Tuesday the appeals court will take into consideration whether or not the Federal Communications Commission is able to fine the broadcaster for the hefty sum of $550,000.

His idea, founded on the principle that people want to dress like rock stars, is not terribly original, but it helps to get implementation when one is given the preferential treatment shown to Timberlake at the New York Fashion Show where he was reserved the bulk of the space provided for all the entrants. Time will tell whether Timberlake’s line has predicted success.

The pair is constantly rumored to be split-up or getting married, depending on what the cycle is. Biel and Timberlake gave photographers and spectators something to chew on with their very public display of affection. Timberlake’s mother also attended the show and told a reporter that her son and Biel are very much together.

The break-up rumors started after Timberlake backed out of a climb up Mount Kilimanjaro. He and Biel were scheduled to do the climb together for a charity event. The couple has been seen being very affectionate towards each other all around the Big Apple, which is pretty rare for them. The duo are rarely photographed together.

The young couple reportedly parted shortly after their two year anniversary. They were back together within a month and appear to be going strong. As with any Hollywood romance, break-ups and marriages are great fuel for the gossip mongers.

Up in the Air is, “up” for 6 nominations including Best Picture – Drama as well as Best Actor for George Clooney. Other multiple nominees include musical Nine with 5, as well as Avatar and Inglourious Basterds both with 4 and Sandra Bullock, who is up for Best Actress for both The Proposal and The Blind Side. And yes, dudes, The Hangover could possibly take home the Globe for Best Picture – Comedy.

As for television, Glee’s 4 nominations include Best Series – Comedy or Musical as well as Best Actor and Actress. 30 Rock, Dexter and Mad Men are all up for 3 nods each.

“Glee” star Jane Lynch was nominated Tuesday for a Golden Globe Award for best supporting actress in a television series.

Jane Lynch Among Golden Globe Nominations

Anna Faris, Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake are all in talks to star in “Yogi Bear”, a movie based on the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon.

Faris would play a documentary filmmaker who follows Yogi around Jellystone Park while Aykroyd would voice Yogi. Timberlake is in talks to lend his voice to Boo Boo, Yogi’s companion.

Eric Brevig (”Journey to the Center of the Earth”) will direct with Donald De Line and Karen Rosenfelt producing.

The Yogi Bear character first appeared in 1958 as a supporting character on “The Huckleberry Hound Show” and a musical feature film called “Hey There, It’s Yogi Bear!” was produced in 1964.

Faris recently leant her voice to the animated movies “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” and “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel”.

Warner Bros. hopes to begin production in New Zealand in December.
