The reality star and her eight children were filming an episode for the reality television series “Kate Plus 8” when the scuffle happened. Gosselin and her brood were visiting the Kiwi House when photographers began pushing and shoving the film crew.

The film crew was attempting to shield the Gosselin family. Mother Gosselin was angry about the language the paparazzo used in the presence of her children.

The manager of the Kiwi House stepped in and asked the pushy paparazzi to settle down and refrain from using such foul language in a family establishment.

The paparazzi hounded the family and one of them almost got into a physical altercation with one of the show’s producers. The family just wanted to enjoy a fun trip to the zoo, but when you are in the public eye it is nearly impossible to go anywhere without being the center of attention.

It is being alledged that Mrs. Gosselin owes the Pennsylvania based Creative Energy Options a total of $10,476.

The company says that Gosselin requested the marriage counseling services while living in Los Angeles in 2009 and refused to pay her bill.

An official statement from the director of Creative Energy Options said that several attempts were made to try and get in contact with Mrs. Gosselin but she never returned any phone calls or made any repsonses.

‘When someone makes a commitment, they know that they should follow through with them’ said CEO director Dr. Sylvia Lafair.

She also went on to say that she tries to instill in her children that they should always cherish all the time that they get with their father.
