Songs like “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You,” “Black or White” and “Smooth Criminal” were used as a backdrop for the episode’s plot which featured two rival glee clubs trying to out-Michael each other in order to convince one group to abandon their plans of using Jackson’s music in the upcoming competition.

Things got out of control as Sebastian, the leader of the rival Warblers, injured Blaine (Darren Criss) with a Slushee containing rock-salt. That plot twist not only served the purpose of setting up a season-long villain in Sebastian, but also allowed Criss to leave the show for a few weeks in order to take the place of Daniel Radcliffe in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” on Broadway.

The 13-year old was composed for her first interview and spoke candidly with Ellen about life with her famous father. She said that, as a child, she felt it was stupid to wear a mask, but understood later that her dad was trying to protect her.

She has aspirations to become an actor and has a part in the upcoming film “Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys.” She says she prefers acting over singing.

Jackson told Ellen that she is now living a somewhat normal life, and loves going to school. She is close with her two brothers and says she is competitive with her older brother, Prince.

Michael Jackson died in 2009 at the age of fifty. The siblings are living with Katherine Jackson, their paternal grandmother.

Rocker Gene Simmons has confirmed that his legendary rock band, Kiss, will be performing at a Michael Jackson tribute concert in October.

The announcement comes as a shock to many after Simmons was reported as saying last year that he strongly associates the name and image of Michael Jackson with pedophilia.

The concert was organized in part by Jackson’s own mother, Katherine Jackson, and is scheduled to take place on October 8 in Cardiff. Many fans are horrified that Kiss appeared on the roster of bands that will be performing at the concert and almost immediately began to voice their objections.

Executors for Michael Jackson’s estate have also spoken out, having said that they are “extremely disappointed” that Kiss will be performing at the memorial event.

Katherine Jackson, on the other hand, had a different opinion of the matter.

“I know that he would be very excited about Kiss,” she said.

Some fan websites have went as far as to say that the presence of Kiss at the concert would be a disgrace. Another fan wrote, “Kiss your audience good-bye. I doubt whether any self-respecting fan will pay a penny to see that man after the comments he made about Michael.”

Others set to take stage for the concert include Christina Aguilera, Smokey Robinson, and JLS.

Defense attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s personal physician, believe the documents will prove Klein supported Jackson’s addiction to drugs.

They claim that in the three months before Jackson died Klein injected him 51 times with the painkiller Demerol. In their court briefs they argue that Klein is a “relevant and highly material” witness for the defense.

Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death. He allegedly administered the powerful anesthetic Propofol to Jackson, an action the prosecution says led to the singer’s passing. Murray will go on trial May 11.

Paris Jackson, 12, said that she is considering doing an audition for a part in a play soon. Prince Michael II who is only nine has said that he wants to be a performer; so has the older 14 year old Price Michael.

The late Michael Jackson’s brother Randy was admitted into Huntington Memorial Hospital on Tuesday after experiencing chest pains.

The 48 year-old singer may have had a mild heart attack just a day after he was in court to hear that Dr.

Conrad Murray still gets to keep his California medical license. He has expressed his frustrations about Dr. Murray on Twitter “At times, I’m sad & broken. But ur supprt helps 2 encourage me and fuel my motivation 2 continue this fight 4 truth & justice.”

Jackson is still in the hospital while doctors run tests and keep an eye on his condition.

Randy Jackson Hospitalized For Heart Attack

Conrad Murray appeared in the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday to defend his right to continue practicing medicine in California while he awaits trial in his case involving the alleged involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson. California authorities had initially requested the doctor’s license be suspended; however, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor declined to grant their request. He stated that unless circumstances had changed, he was unable to change Murray’s bail terms.

Murray’s attorneys stated that they were worried that other states where the doctor has clinics would follow suit if California were to suspend his license. The states in question are Texas and Nevada. Murray has been ordered not to use of the drug propofol and other strong anesthetics as part of his bail conditions.

The date for Conrad Murray’s preliminary hearing was set as August 23, 2010. Prosecutors speculate that this could last up to a week.

Jackson’s parents, Joe and Katherine, attend the trial. Also present were his brothers Jermaine and Randy as well as his sister, LaToya Jackson.
