At auction will be velvet armchairs with gold eagles, chair that has leopard print and ostrich feathers, a nine seated gilded red velvet sofa, and many other pieces. The sofa with its 24 k gold trim is estimated to sale for 150,000 thousand. A 17th century writing desk with ivory accents will be on the list with an estmated value of $120,000.

With the furniture there will be over 200 articles of Michael Jacksons career and personal life. These items include the famous red jacket he wore in the “Beat It” video. Many other pieces of clothing and sunglasses will be under the hammer.

The auction will also have items from other pop artists.

A percentage of the money brought in by the furniture will go to two charities. The charities Joshua’s Heart and Musicares will receive some of the proceeds. Musicare is a charity that helps with health care for musicians that need assistance. Joshua’s Heart is a charity that aids in world hunger.

There were other stories that reported the children had targeted Michael Jackson’s son, Blanket with the stun gun. They reported the weapon was used on the second floor of the Jackson mansion. A blog stated that one of the security guards went upstairs to stop Jermaine’s children from using the stun gun on Blanket. He then took the gun.

During a late night visit at 10:30 p.m. the two department representatives took the gun. The DCFS investigation, however, is ongoing and they plan to return to the home today.

Social workers visited the home at 10:30 at night and reportedly confiscated the stun gun. Social workers interviewed members of the Jackson family, including Jermaine and the children’s grandmother, Katherine. They are all living in the same Encino mansion together. There is no information on whether Michael Jackson’s children, Paris, Blanket, and Prince Michael were interviewed by social workers.

According to the family’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, the late singer’s children were never exposed to the weapon. However there are conflicting reports that a security guard for the family prevented Jaafar from attempting to use the stun gun on Blanket, the youngest Jackson child.

The weapon was ordered online by Jaafar and, according to initial statements from the family, the gun was confiscated at the gate of the home by security at the time the weapon was delivered. Later, Streisand admitted the gun did make it into the home, with Jaafar testing the weapon on a piece of paper. He denies that Jaafar tried to use it on Blanket.

Randy Jackson stated the stun gun delivery was intercepted by security and was turned over to the family matriarch, Katherine Jackson. The elderly woman is the mother to Michael Jackson and became the legal guardian of his three young children after his untimely death almost a year ago. Katherine reportedly locked the gun away for safe keeping. Several of the Jackson family’s children live at the home as well.

Security guards at the house tell a different story. They were dismayed to find Jermaine’s children trying to stun the youngest Jackson son, Blanket. Security confiscated the gun but somebody called children’s services, which resulted in a late night visit to the home.

Jackson’s family lawyer, Adam Streisand confirms the visit and issued the following statement, “Mrs. Jackson is doing the utmost to safeguard the welfare of her grandchildren.”

One stun gun was confiscated by DCFS but rumors suggest a second gun is still in the home. DCFS will be returning to the home today to interview the children involved. A follow-up visit is the standard procedure in any child welfare case.

“Captain EO” stars Jackson as a person who is responsible for ending the reign of an evil leader, played by Angelica Houston, and to help save the world. The seventeen minute long film, will have a few added surprises, and the sound has been improved from the original version. It features two songs by Michael Jackson, and also incorporates the use of smoke and lasers to make the show more intense and exciting for viewers.

The “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” exhibit will be closing in order to make room for “Captain EO”. It is unknown exactly how long Disneyland will feature the Jackson show, but it has been advertised as available for a limited time. Jackson fans hoping to get one more glimpse of the King of Pop may want to book their trips soon to ensure the chance to see it.

After Michael Jackson died in June of 2009, Conrad Murray’s name grew popular after it was discovered that he was giving Michael Jackson very large doses of the painkiller Propofol. When investigators found the drugs in Michael’s body, they ruled that his death was a homicide and proceeded to investigate Murray a little closer.

It was discovered that on the day Michael Jackson died, Dr. Murray had injected him with the drug and twenty minutes later Michael was in cardiac arrest. Murray did not call for help until an hour after he realized that Michael was not breathing but still has denied any wrong doing. He did admit that he gave Michael Propofol to help him sleep whenever Michael demanded it.

Negligence may play a big reason as to why Dr. Conrad Murray gets charged with manslaughter charges. Many will say that as a doctor, he should have known better to give Michael all of those drugs knowing what they can do to a person.

CBS is teaming with Target to distribute millions of 3-D glasses so viewers can experience the Jackson tribute at home. People attending the awards live at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, also the site of Jackson’s memorial service, will receive a pair of 3-D glasses.

The tragic ending to Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour is coming closer to closure for his bereaved family with the arrangements having been made to auction of his signature Michael Jackson furniture.

The absolutely undeniably designed only for Michael Jackson furniture that has his persona embedded in the unbelievable choice of fabrics and materials cost Michael Jackson around $700,000 and were built by Colombostile, an Italian furniture maker. The collection of decidedly impressive furniture which includes a chair made especially for Michael’s friend Elizabeth Taylor to sit on if she were to visit, was to adorn Michael Jackson’s London mansion.
The date for auction has not be decided upon as yet.

However, on January 14, 2010, Colombostile told London reporters that he returned Michael’s money to Katherine Jackson and plans to auction of the by now famous collection. The Italian furniture designer and manufacturer has the entire collection in his possession.
