Sgt. Bill Bamford is with the Miami Gardens Police Department. He says Oneal Ron Morris was arrested Friday after a yearlong hunt. Morris, who was born a man but identifies as a woman, has been charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury.

Morris was released from jail on bond, and a telephone listing for her could not be found.

Lisa Rinna (pictured), Kim Kardashian and Dana Delaney are just a few of the celebs who have openly expressed their cosmetic surgery regrets.

Delaney also stated that she hated every procedure and is never going under the knife again.

“Something nobody ever talks about is doctor error,” explained Delaney in a recent interview. “Seven years ago, I had never even heard about Botox. My dermatologist was saying, “You should try it.” He injected my forehead, hit a nerve, and created a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since. It affected the muscle in my right eye, so my eye has started to droop a little bit. Now that I said this to you, everybody will look for it! I notice it more than anybody else, but I was symmetrical before and now I am not.”

After denying for years that she’d ever had work done, Golden Globe-nominated actress Nicole Kidman opened up to German magazine TV Movie when asked how she stays wrinkle-free.

“I’ve tried a lot of things, but aside from sports and good nutrition, most things don’t make a difference,” Kidman, 43, tells the German magazine TV Movie. “I have also tried Botox.”

“I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards,” she says. “Now I don’t use it anymore – I can move my forehead again!”
