Bullock recently donated $1 million dollars to the American Red Cross to help the victims in Japan.

In a response from the organization, the American Red Cross put out a statement “The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family.”

The large donation from Bullock is the largest donation that the Red Cross has received to date, and hopefully, it will encourage other celebrities to dig a little deeper and contribute as well.

James has announced his engagement to fellow reality star Kat Von D.

The two began dating during the summer of 2010 and have been going strong ever since. James and Sandra Bullock’s divorce was finalized in June of 2010.

James was one of the most hated men in 2010 after his infamous cheating scandals were made public by one of his mistresses.

The tattooed biker entered rehab to deal with his issues and has come out a new man. James credits his equally tattooed fiance for standing by him when nobody else would. Von D was wearing a very big, shiny diamond ring at a recent appearance which sparked wedding rumors.

James released a statement to People magazine to confirm the rumors.

James’ lawyer, John Schilling, told a United States website that James would be moving to Austin at the end of June but would not comment on whether the move was specifically motivated by James’ desire to be closer to Bullock. James does own a business in Austin – a custom car shop called Austin Speed Shop. James put his California home on the market last month.

The 45-year-old Bullock left James and filed for divorce after revelations of extra-marital affairs were made public in April. The couple had been married for four years when news of James’ infidelities surfaced. The story about James’ relationship with a tattoo model broke not long after Bullock won the Academy Award for Best Actress in March.

The Oscar-winning actress made headlines again recently after announcing that she had adopted a baby boy named Louis. She owns three homes between which she splits her time – in Los Angeles, Austin and New Orleans.

There has been speculation about whether James’ former porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder would also make a move to Texas. James – a father of three – has custody of the daughter he had with Lindemulder, Sunny, and Lindemulder has stated she would be willing to move anywhere to be with her daughter.

It seems that life just does not get any easier for Jesse James; he is being sued by Fortune Fashions Industries for reportedly reneging on a contract.

Though 12 of the prospective jurors raised their hands when asked if they knew James, a judge ruled that none of the information involving the former reality star’s shady past can be presented. This is to include soon-to-be ex-wife, Sandra Bullock or Bombshell McGee.

Former boss for James, Fortune Fashion Industries, alleges that the bad-boy biker pulled out of a contract that he signed with them to produce a line of clothing that was inspired by his work wear.

It does not look like James is going to spend much time outside of the court in the coming weeks. He and his Payupsucker Productions Company filed suit last week, in L.A. County Superior Court, against Viewpartner Corporation and its president Alex Varones. According to the suit, James claims that Viewpartner Corporation and Varones failed to pay him $155,000 for using his likeness in sales presentations and promotional material for the Baja 500. According to James, the company insinuated that he indorsed their products.

James is seeking $155,000, additional unspecified damages as well as attorney fees.

Bullock first made a surprise appearance at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards on Saturday night and accepted the award for Entertainer of the Year which is voted on by the troops.

Bullock accepted the award from presenter Robert Downey Jr. and said “Let’s be honest here, just for a moment. We’re all going to be honest, right? Did I win this for being entertainer of the year, or did I win this because of the spectacular I.E.D. [improvised explosive device] explosion that became my personal life?!”

After the awards on Saturday night, Bullock moved on to the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles, Sunday night where again she won an award, this time it was the Generation Award.

She again used humour for her acceptance speech saying “The Generation is an award for old people who have extended their welcome, who should make nice and leave so someone new can come in, but that’s not going to happen,” Sandra said. “No matter what you might have seen or heard or read lately, I love what I do. And I’m not going to go anywhere.”

Saturday night’s Guys Choice Awards–aired on Spike TV–was Bullock’s first public appearance since her split from philandering hubby Jesse James and the subsequent adoption of her son. But Bullock showed no signs of being worse for the klieg light glare.

Rather, a smiling Bullock–dressed in a tight black leather mini skirt–graciously took the award from presenter Robert Downey, Jr. as the audience gave her a rousing standing ovation. When the applause finally subsided, she jokingly accepted her award while wondering aloud if she had won this honor because of her work or because of her exploding personal life. Her comment brought hoots of laughter from the audience.

Bullock, 45, has filled for divorce from James and has announced that she plans to raise her adopted child as a single parent. Any further terms of the divorce have not yet been released.

Is Jesse James leaving California? According to his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, he is getting ready to move to Texas.

Rumors have it that even though Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from Jesse James, he is planning on selling his house in California and moving to Texas to be closer to Sandra and her adopted son (which they originally planned on adopting together). Since Sandra loves Sunny, his daughter, from his ex-wife, perhaps Jesse thinks Sandra would welcome him to the area.

Jessie’s ex-wife is filing for joint custody which Jesse wants denied, claiming his wife is an ex-drug addict, ex-stripper and ex-porn star and he doesn’t want his daughter, Sunny to be around his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder or any of her acquaintances. According to Lindemulder, Jesse thoroughly believes that he and Sandra will get back together eventually, and he is willing to wait for as long as it takes. Meanwhile, he wants to be near Sandra and he wants his daughter to be near Sandra.

I wonder what Sandra thinks about all of this? Jesse has caused her so much heartbreak, I can’t imagine that she would take him back, but I guess stranger things have happened. Good luck Sandra!

James revealed during his interview on “Nightline” Tuesday night that he was abused as a child. This, he says, is one of the two reasons behind entering rehab after his sex scandal began to make headlines earlier this year.

James said of his relationship with his dad, Larry, “It wasn’t so much getting the (expletive) beat out of me or getting my arm broken or getting kicked or whatever or punched, it was the in-between time. It was the fear of that happening again.”

Larry told Radaronline.com that he never hurt any of his kids. He went on to say, “I would have died before I would have hurt them.” He said that Jesse’s broken arm came about because he was showing out and dove over a fence.

“He neglected to say that I was right there, picked him up, lifted him over the fence and I never let go of him until his hand was in a cast,” Larry said. “I even had them cut his shirt off him at the hospital so I didn’t have to let go of his arm.”

James stated that he feels like he is the most hated man in the world these days and he feels that when he cheated that it was an attempt to sabotage his own life. James said ‘I knew it wrong. One, I knew it was wrong because I had that deep feeling that it wasn’t right. Two, I pretty much knew that I was going to get caught eventually and deep down I wanted to get caught. It was me trying to self-sabotage my life’.

Later on in the interview James expressed his resentment for not being able to be there for Bullock newly adopted son. He said that he was ‘sad that I couldn’t be there for the child but I have to realize that things must be done in a certain way’. There has been no word or comments from Bullock concerning the ABC interview.

James told Vicky Mabrey during an interview for “Nightline” that he actually wanted to get caught cheating on his wife, Sandra Bullock, because he could no longer deal with the guilt and shame of having the affairs. He said that he feels like he was trying to “self-sabotage” his life.

“When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible, it made me feel horrible, and two, I knew I would get caught eventually, and I think I wanted to get caught,” James said.

He said that the public has been much worse on him than his wife and speculated that he is the most hated man in the world. He said that it was hard to answer for his actions at the time because he still cared for the Oscar-winning actress.

James concluded by saying that he “took a pretty amazing life and amazing success and marriage” and “threw it away by my own hands.”
