Sheryl Crow’s Wardrobe Mishap

Singer and songwriter Sheryl Crow has now joined the ranks of those who have experienced an unfortunate “wardrobe malfunction” on live national television. During Country Music Television’s annual awards show, Crow was performing a song with Kid Rock.

Wearing a really short skirt, Crow inadvertently flashed her underwear when she got off a stool after the performance was over. Despite only being on the air for less than a second, Sheryl Crow’s underwear became a trending FaceBook and Twitter topic the world over.

As Twitter accounts exploded, Crow decided to acknowledge the incident later on in the awards show when she was presenting an award with Sara Evans. She joked about it, referring to the good fortune that she was at least wearing underwear on the occasion.

It’s a Boy for Sheryl Crow

On Friday, June 4th Sheryl Crow made a big announcement on her official website that Wyatt, her oldest son, has a new little brother, Levi James Crow. She says they have welcomed another child into their lives and they are extremely excited. Levi James was born on April 30th in Mississippi.

Her publicist says that this adoption had been in the works for over a year. After overcoming a battle of breast cancer, the 48 year old singer adopted her first child in 2007, Wyatt Steven Crow, who is now 3 years old. Both of the children will be traveling with her for her five tour dates during Lilith Fair.

Crow says she has always wanted to have a big career, husband, house and kids; she now has everything but the husband and she is content with that.

She says that being a single mom is not as difficult as she had imagined and that her oldest son has made her fearless to what others think.

Her life is now full with her children and her career and she says she wouldn’t have it any other way. Levi and Wyatt will have great memories growing up on their 154-acre farm.

Sheryl Crow To Join ‘Cougar Town’

The entertainment world is all abuzz about the upcoming episodes of Cougar Town because singer/activist Cheryl Crow will have a recurring part. She will play Grayson’s new girlfriend and will be cast as a wine distributor.

Grayson, played by Josh Hopkins, is the recently divorced next door neighbor of Jules Cobb, played by Courteney Cox. The fact that Courteney Cox and Cheryl Crow are good friends has not escaped the notice of Hollywood insiders. It seems the show’s creator, Bill Lawrence makes a practice of giving roles to friends of his show’s actors.

ABC has not said how many episodes Ms. Crow will appear in, but chose the word several. It is also true she will not be playing herself, but a character. One can’t help but wonder if somehow during one of the episodes Grayson finds out that his new girl friend can sing.

Cougar Town is back for its second season with ABC and airs on Wednesday nights. In addition to Courteney Cox and Josh Hopkins, the show also stars Christa Miller, Busy Philipps, Brian Van Holt, Dan Byrd, and Ian Gomez.

In addition to Crow, Cox’s long time friend Lisa Kudrow also guest-starred on the opening episode last year.
