Stephanie Meyer, the author behind the blockbuster books and film series revealed she may start writing another book. The proposed book would focus on Jacob. Taylor Lautner plays the hunky werewolf in the films.

When asked about a spin-off, Lautner said he had not heard anything about it, but would not be surprised to hear of a new story in the works. Lautner went on to say the idea is interesting.

Lautner has hinted he is looking forward to the vampire saga ending. The films have launched Lautner’s career, but he may be ready to move on from his role as a werewolf.

Twilight, which was adapted from the popular novel series by Stephenie Meyer, has garnered a cult following similar to Harry Potter.

‘It’s mixed emotions, for sure. Half of me says, ‘This will be a relief. I get some time off, I get to spend some time with family and friends and do other things,’ but the other half says, ‘This is going to be so weird’.” Lautner told MTV. The cast has been working together on the films for several years.

The next installment ‘Breaking Dawn’ part I is set to hit theaters on November 18.

Taylor Lautner Expects Tears When Twilight Wraps

At the time fans had not yet been treated to Lautner’s new buff body for the movie.

At the time Lautner was uncertain about whether his abs was more defined than that of fellow actor Robert Pattinson, also from the Twilight movies. Pattinson had been spending time in the gym toning up for the movie as well.

Taylor admitted that Robert was gaining muscle and didn’t need his help with his workout routine.

MTV is showing old footage of Lautner with a new special that features the actor and they’ve included Taylor taking his shirt off during the awards show as a #4 favorite moment. Lautner is currently promoting his new movie “Abduction,” which will be in theaters September 23rd.

Taylor Lautner Compares Abs With Robert Pattinson

Twilight: Breaking Dawn, will be released in movie theaters on November 18, 2011.

The movie will have the regular cast of Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson and will be the the fourth movie based on the books by author Stephanie Meyer.

The Thanksgiving release makes it in line with the other two Twilight movies, Twilight and New Moon, and will certainly bring in a big box office take. The first movie has sold $200 million dollars internationally while New Moon raked in over $400 miilion. It is said that the Twilight saga has sold for over $700 million dollars in all.

Insiders are saying that the new movie should be one that will put today’s current computer generated graphics to shame. There has not been no concrete word on whether the movie will be shot in 3-D, but all indications are that it probably will be. There is also some debate on Breaking Dawn being shot in two different movies for the fact that the book is longer than the others. Fans will have plenty time to anticipate.

Now, I don’t want to turn this into an editorial, but as someone who wasn’t blown away by either of the first two Twilight flicks – I’m sorry, they just don’t live up to the rabid fanaticism – I have to say this trailer makes Eclipse look like: a) the greatest sequel ever made, and b) a film I would see as a stand alone, even if I hadn’t seen the first.

As we all know, trailers are not to be trusted, but damn! if this was a Cold Creamery flavour it would be “GOTTA HAVE IT!!!”

The awards are a good break from the other nerve-wracking awards shows as these are filled with humor and the famous slime.

Big winners of the night were Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, Miley Cyrus, and Jay-Z: Twilight star Lautner took home the award for Favorite Movie Actor, singer Swift won Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Song for her “You Belong With Me,” and actress, singer Cyrus took home the Favorite Movie Actress award, and singer Jay-Z took home the Favorite Male Singer award.

While some guests were opposed to the slime, Justin Beiber actually refused to get slimed, others enjoyed it. Katy Perry even chased Miley Cyrus around the stage trying to give her a slimy hug. Steve Carell told “Extra” that he liked his slime treatment with his “Date Night” co-star Tina Fey. He said of the green goo, “excellent, loved it, and very tasty!”

Several music stars kept the event exciting as they gave live performances. Rhianna performed a melody by combining three of her most popular songs, which were “Hard,” “Rude Boy,” and “Don’t Stop the Music.”

Other live performances were completed by Katy Perry and Justin Bieber.

Like all other years, the focal point of the show was to give away Teen Choice Awards. Taylor Lautner appears to be the big winner of this year’s event. For his role in the second chapter of the Twilight series, Lautner won the Favorite Movie Actor. Some of the other big award winners were Favorite Movie, which went to “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel,” best cartoon, which went to “Sponge Bob Square Pants,” and Favorite Video Game, which went to “Mario Kart.”

First Lady, Michelle Obama, was not able to make it to the awards this year, but she was able to accept the Big Help Award. When accepting her award, Obama encouraged kids to participate in her Let’s Move program.

While the poster has drummed up interest in the final chapter of the series, the picture itself is fairly pedestrian. Merely showing Edward, Jacob, and Bella standing together with the tagline, “It all begins … with a choice.” While most Twilight fans have already read the book and know the story line of the third movie, the poster keeps those who don’t already know what happens effectively in the dark as to what goes on in this edition.

Twilight, based on the books by Stephanie Meyer certainly doesn’t rely on those who don’t already know what’s happened. The movie trilogy actually leans more on the people who do know what happens, but would like to see the story played out by actors who they now envision as the actual main players in the fantasy. Two of the actors in the movies, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner have seen their names become household names thanks to Twilight and its fans.

She has taken the month of January off and spent time with her family and has been working on more songs. She is scheduled to perform at the Grammy awards at the end of January where she is also nominated for 8 awards.

The Twilight Saga won Favourite On-Screen Team, Favourite Franchise and the big one, Favourite Movie. The hottest werewolf on the planet, Taylor Lautner, of course, took home Favourite Breakout Movie Actor.

Taylor’s recent ex, Taylor Swift, also won a Choicy for Favourite Female Artist.

Johnny Depp rightfully earned the Favourite Actor of the Decade, though seemed relieved that presenter Sacha Baron Cohen let him off easy.

House and its star, Hugh Laurie, were also big winners.

The Big Bang Theory, Steve Carell, Alyson Hannigan, The Vampire Diaries and Glee were all champs in their TV categories while Sandra Bullock, Hugh Jackman and Taylor Lautner were feted with big screen trophies.

Ashton Kutcher made his acceptance for Favourite Web Celeb a truly interactive experience, broadcasting it live with his web cam.

And Mariah Carey seemed a little less tipsy but no less grateful when she picked up her award for Favourite R&B Artist.
