A spokesman for the city police, Joe Zanoli, said Monday that the mother had called for help around 2:30 am Saturday to complain about his 14 year old son.

In addition to playing video games, the teenager walked into the house and turned on all the lights. Two police officers finally persuaded the teen to obey his mother. Zanoli noted that this type of appeal was “somewhat unusual” but “in no way surprising.”

Pursuant to that agreement, Activision worked with No Doubt and the band’s management in developing Band Hero. As a result, Activision believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit. Activision is exploring its own legal options with respect to No Doubt’s obligations under the agreement.”
