A British fugitive who escaped from Hollesey Bay Prison in Suffolk has taken to Facebook as a way to communicate with his friends and family. The 28 year old Craig Lynch has made numerous posts about everything he is doing during his days of freedom. Police have not been able to find the man even with all the clues he provides during his status updates on the social networking site.

He has talked about his meals, his hotel stays and the women he plans to hook up with in the near future. He also posts cryptic messages about his whereabouts. His exploits include visiting friends and attending parties according to his posts.

Lynch was serving a 7 year term for aggravated burglary before his escape. Police have requested help from the Facebook network to try and trace where he is making the posts from. A person can update their status from any cell phone or computer around the world. Lynch has over 4,000 people currently following him on the social network. After the recent publicity, it can be expected to double or possibly triple as he continues to thumb his nose at the authorities.
