India already has a nuclear arsenal, and obviously this is because China has nuclear weapons pointed at it. How come when Chretien sold reactors to China, no one made a similar stink about nuclear proliferation? And don't reply that it's because China is a member of the NPT, because that's a procedural argument and not a moral one - like saying 'Simon Says'.
