Pippa Middleton trashed by fashion designer: ‘She should only show her back’
Fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld made some rather unkind comments recently about the Dutchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa.
While praising Kate as a “romantic beauty” in an interview with the British newspaper, The Sun, the 78-year old designer dissed her 28-year old sister Pippa’s face as unlikeable.
“I do not like her sister’s face. She should only show her back,” he said.
He also suggested that the only body part she should display in public is her back. Lagerfeld’s outspoken comments about the popular Pippa aren’t the first time he’s unleashed some brutal comments about a famous woman.
“It’s not enough for sibling rivalry that Kate married an actual prince, now Pippa, has to be slammed by the head of a fashion empire for having the wrong face?” wrote BBC America’s Fraser McAlpine. “Christmas dinner at the Middleton house is going to be awkward this year.”
The last woman he verbally attacked was singer Adele, suggesting that despite a great voice and face, she was a little too fat.
“The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice,” he told Metro.
One can forgive Lagerfeld his lack of discretion and tact with respect to his comments on the beautiful Pippa Middleton, however one can not overlook his complete lack of taste in this matter.
Karl Lagerfeld should take his own advise….”HE should only show his back”. Karl grab a rocking chair somewhere far far away and enjoy the pasture.
While his comment is harsh and out of line saying she should only show her back, i do agree with him on one point that she is not beautiful or attractive. She only got famous because her sister married a prince.
Well, he is correct. She is not attractive at all. Bloated looking. Bad structure. And what is with the 80′s eyeliner those two wear? Though Kate is a little better looking, she is still bloated and unattractive. All the media about these two is so contrived. So forced. I am tired of the spin doctors. These two women are just money grubbing whores in my opinion. Don’t have a brain cell between them either.
It’s not Kate and Pippa that don’t have a brain cell between them, it’s you. Why such a bitter and unpleasant post? I feel sorry for what your life must be like to post such appalling comments. Poor lady, you must be so unhappy.
He is the last one who should be talking about looks! Like others say, look in the mirror Karl!

HAHAHAHAHA!!! I can’t believe he actually tries to pass judgement on other peoples looks, especially normal looking attractive people.
Ms. Lagerfeld (and no it is not a typo….Karl is definitely more Ms. than Mr.), actually looks a lot like an old and I mean very old aunt of mine just before she passed away many years ago, I think she was about 95.
It’s definitely time for him to draw the curtains and stay behind them or maybe start wearing a mask like the phantom of the opera…..he was a genius artist too you know. LOL!!!
Seems as if the public intend to hound Pippa. Hopefully you do not hound her to death. Her only sin is that she is the sister of the woman who married a prince. LEAVE PIPPA ALONE. She needs to live her own life. She needs to and deserves to have a life free of public comment.

The guy is right. It isn’t that she is just an innocent bystander hit by accident. She’s the sister of a celebrity, and she’s cashing on it. Reality check.
Just because she’s Kate’s sister it doesn’t mean she’s automatically beautiful, intelligent, a gift to humanity.
Verdict, Karl, you’re right, weather people like it or not.
