A disgruntled non custodial parent has been fighting in the federal courts seeking to get the phrase “under God” removed from every federal currency since the stressed out father claims the phrase violates the First Amendment to The Constitution that bans the federal government from endorsing a religion. Seems like that is why he lost his custodial rights to his own daughter since “under God” isn’t endorsing any religion except for non believers of God or what were known as athiests. The case might better be filed under a dispute of is their a God which doesn’t seem like it belongs in the federal courts that are banned from making religious decisions for the people who founded the government.
Early today, March 11, 2010, appellate court in San Francisco, California, threw out arguments that the printed currency and all minted currency of the United States of America including for good measure, The Pledge of Allegiance violated the First Amendment.
The ridiculous argument that is further evidence of attempting to corrupt the court’s time was tossed out with these comments by Judge Carlos Bea of 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday, March 11, 2010: “The Pledge of Allegiance serves to unite our vast nation through the proud recitation of some of the ideals upon which our Republic was founded.”
Although the currency of the mint uses language determined by the Founders of The United States, the reciters of the pledge were told to include “under God” actually by a federal law in 1954 when members of Congress decided to tell the world that The United States stands apart from “godless communities”.
The famous athiest Michael Newdow had some success in 2002 when judges on the court ruled in favor of his attacks against the Pledge of Allegiance. President George W. Bush called the ruling back then “ridiculous”. Actually Michael Newdow seems to be using the Pledge of Allegiance to maintain contact with his daughter on whose behalf he is filing the lawsuits although he does not have the legal right to file lawsuits on her behalf since he is not her custodial parent. One wonders why the court keeps accepting his lawsuits that are fraudulent from the filing in court.
Michael Newdow is a doctor and attorney, who should know the legal ramifications of filing lawsuits for people that you do not represent, who founded The First Atheist Church of True Science. The paradoxical use of Church might be debated as infringing on the right of those who invented the term “church” which literally from the Greek “ekkleesia” means the body of Christ.
