Tulsa County, Oklahoma - local KJRH is reporting that a mother and her seven-year-old daughter got quite the surprise when going to the public restroom to freshen up a White Water Park. As the mother looked at the toilet, she said she noticed a man knee deep in doo-doo staring up at her.

Deputies say Ambra Reynolds saw a man inside the septic tank below the toilet looking up at them.

"It's not something you expect to see whenever you're wanting to go to the restroom," she said. " ... I screamed, grabbed my daughter, trampled my son on the way out scared to death. We ran out."

"It's like he was just sitting down in the water just wading," Reynolds said of Enlow. "Like waving his hands, kind of just wading in the water."

As per the police report, the man, 52-year-old Kenneth Webster Enslow, didn't utter a word. He didn't ask for help. He simply sat in the septic tank refuse.

The woman phoned police who arrived along with rescue workers.

Police literally let the rescue workers do the "dirty" work of getting Enslow out of the septic tank. He was then spayed off with a fire hose as he was covered in the contents from the tank.

Enslow explained to police that he was struck unconscious by a tire iron wielding woman named "Angel" and driven to the location in a '72 Chevy Monte Carlo where the woman dumped the 6' 240-lb man in a septic tank.

That would make "Angel" quite the woman in deed in terms of strength. Police summarily arrested him on a "Peeping Tom" violation and held him in county jail rather than let him post $500 bail.

According to the Smoking Gun, this is the third arrest for septic tank peeping.

New Hampshire resident Gary Moody has twice been collared for climbing down into the waste vault below toilets in the White Mountain National Forest. After his first arrest, Moody claimed he had dropped his wedding ring down the toilet. Following his second bust, he claimed that he went into the tank to retrieve a shirt he had dropped.

In June 2011, Luke Chrisco was arrested when he was discovered hiding inside the tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival in Boulder, Colorado. Chrisco was charged with unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy.

Under Oklahoma law, any person "loitering or hiding near a residence, locker room, dressing room or restroom" with "intent to watch a person in a clandestine manner" can be convicted of a peeping Tom misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail and a $5,000 fine.
