It wasn't all work and no play for Canadian singing sensation Justin Bieber when he performed in Great Britain on February 28th as part of his international Believe tour. Bieber alerted fans via Twitter that it was his last show as an 18 year old and he spent several hours after the performance ringing in his 19th birthday.

According to US, Bieber ditched his shirt as he headed back to his London hotel room to put on a party outfit, showing off some of his latest tattoos.

By the time he arrived back at his hotel, not only was Bieber sans his shirt, but he had also pulled down his blue leather pants to reveal white underwear. The singer wasn't too busy to pose for a few photographs with his loyal fans prior to changing into a fresh outfit consisting of black shirt and baggy slacks with a camel-colored sweater and a hat and sunglasses to complete his birthday ensemble.
