[caption id="attachment_65175" align="aligncenter" width="560"] Reese Witherspoon Arrested For DUI and Disorderly Conduc[/caption]Actress Reese Witherspoon, along with husband, CAA agent Jim Toth, was arrested early Friday morning in Atlanta, Ga., they were pulled over when the car driven by Toth appeared to be weaving across the double line on the highway.

According to reports when the car was pulled over Witherspoon who would not obey the repeated orders to stay in the car and then becoming verbally upset with authorities was handcuffed and charged with disorderly conduct. She was reported as to saying to the officers “Do you know my name?”, “You’re about to find out who I am” and “You’re about to be on national news.” Toth was charged with DUI and failure to maintain the lane he reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .139 and was described as smelling of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes.

The couple was released on bail around 3:30am and they are scheduled to appear in Atlanta Municipal Court on Monday morning, neither is expected to attend and their lawyer is expected to request a postponement for the court date. Witherspoon has been in Atlanta working on her latest movie, The Good Lie; the film is based on actual events about an American woman that takes in a Sudanese refugee that relocated to the United States.
