Everyone deals with stress differently. Barring those examples of coping mechanisms which are unhealthy, some people do things like eat comfort food, watch a movie, engage in retail therapy (shopping), or speak to a shrink. In the case of former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan, it's taking a picture of herself or selfie that seems to give her a healthy outlet. Truth be told, at age 22 Ms.

She took two pictures of herself in a sauna at Penny Hill Park where she's been enjoying some much needed rest and relaxation. In the photographs, Flanagan is seen sporting an orange bikini and displaying her sizable bosom.

Flanagan is eye candy to the camera. She's had a rough go of it this year though. Her relationship with her boyfriend of several years ended when she discovered his intimate texts to another woman.

Her apartment was then burgled with thieves purloining valuables from her home including her iPhone which contained intimate texts and selfies some of which featured her bare assets.

Tabloids buzzed about with rumors that she was freaking out over the possibility that photographs meant solely for personal use might end up on the internet for the world to ogle.

In addition, the iPhone contained intimate texts between her and her ex-boyfriend Scott Sinclair.

Flanagan ended that relationship after she discovered his infidelity with another woman to whom he had been texting sexual messages. The UK tabloid "The Sun" reports that it was the loss of the iPhone with its images and texts that brought the actress to tears.

Insurance will likely replace the jewelry and other valuables perhaps directly, but the images can create a legal nightmare for the actress should they surface on the internet and she have to fight to block their use.
