Chaz Bono, the son of Cher and Sonny Bono, continues to impress fans with his astounding weight loss. Once weighing over 250 lbs on his 5'5 frame, Chaz has dropped over half of his body weight. As of last May, Chaz had met his weight loss goal of 60 lbs, and stated that his next goal was to hit a total loss of 80 lbs. Since then, Chaz has continued to persevere and win his battle against the bulge.

The 44-year-old has been very open and candid about his lifelong battle with his weight.
After appearing on the popular television series, "Dancing With the Stars," Chaz embarked on his weight loss plan.

According to Chaz, he is not only looking great, but feeling great too. Losing weight has also positively affected Chaz's overall health; he states that his blood pressure and cholesterol levels are now with the normal range.

Chaz attributes his weight loss success to altering his diet and exercise regime. As well, Chaz has been taking the obesity drug, Qsymia, in order to help him shed the pounds. Now that he is healthy and fit, Chaz has stated that perhaps he can appear again on "Dancing With the Stars."
