Tori Spelling's husband won't be getting a vasectomy anytime soon as the couple faces stiff budget cuts. No, they're not victims of President Obama's sequester nor the GOP-led government shutdown. Rather, the couple, who have been popular on the reality TV circuit, have become victims of spending TDM (TDM=too damn much).

Rumors are that following the 2012 cancellation of their reality TV show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood", the couple continued spending as if the money was still flowing into their bank accounts. However, Tori is quick to dispel talk of the couple being broke. She does confess that they've had to downsize their standard of living.

For her part, Tori is making lemonade out of lemons by teaching her children the need to "repurpose" which she says has been an opportunity to teach them a valuable skillset. She further explained that at age 40, she no longer relates to herself in her 20s when it was important for her to buy designer purses and handbags. In fact, she hasn't purchased a designer bag in three years.

The future remains bright for the former 90210 star; she will be pairing up with former 90210 co-star Jennie Garth in a crime-solving sitcom called "Mystery Girls".
