Victoria's Secret is America's largest purveyor of lingerie. It made its debut in 1977 and was founded by Roy Raymond. In addition to lingerie, the company sells women's wear and beauty products. You can shop in-store, online, or through their mail order catalogs.

Since 1995, Victoria's Secret began having their annual Victoria's Secret fashion show. The first one was held at the Plaza Hotel, in New York, and featured supermodels Stephanie Seymour and Frederique Van der Wal. Since then, other famous supermodels have become Victoria's Secret "Angels" such as, Karen Mulder, Tyra Banks, Helena Christiansen, Laetitia Casta, Heidi Klum, Erin Featherton, Marissa Miller, and Miranda Kerr.

The fashion shows are now televised for the world to see. They also feature popular performers including, Rihanna and Seal. In addition, for their Christmas catalog, they put out a fantasy bra. This year is no exception as they have produced a $10 million royal fantasy bra. It was unveiled by model Candace Swanepoel on November 6 at Herald Square in New York. The bra contains 4,200 precious gems, and it has to be custom fitted. It was created by the jewelry designer Mouawad. It absolutely looks fit for royalty. And, in the middle of the bra hangs a 52-carat ruby.

The stunning bra was created to mold specifically to Swanepoel’s figure. She admits that although she knew the bra would be gorgeous, she says seeing the real bra in person took her breath away.

“They had to mold my body to be able to make the bra and I was really excited,” Swanepoel tells PEOPLE. She went on to say, “I tried to imagine after they’d done the mold, how would they make it, how it would look. My imagination didn’t do it justice. My favorite part is this beautiful 52-carat pear-shaped ruby!”

At the centerpiece of the unique piece of lingerie is a 52-carat ruby cut in a classic pear shape.

Jeweler Mouawad took charge of designing the 2013 Fantasy Bra, decorated with more than 4,000 precious stones including yellow sapphires and blood red rubies. Being able to wear this year’s Fantasy Bra is the second exciting chance given to Swanepoel by VS, who earlier this year was selected as the model to grace the cover of the VS Swim Catalog issue.
