Miley Cyrus friend calls Kelly Clarkson fat

Published

 on

In an attempt to defend Miley Cyrus, her best friend, Dominic Riccitello, took several pot shots at country music star, Kelly Clarkson. Clarkson commented on Twitter about Cyrus’ performance at the VMA show. Clarkson told fans that Miley was a pitchy stripper. Riccitello was not pleased and a new Twitter war began.

Riccitello sent several tweets, including one that said Clarkson was fat. He further stated that she was jealous of Miley because she was thirty years old. That apparently was not enough for the Miley friend. He continued by stating that Kelly’s recent releases were a flop and no one listens to her. Clarkson fans, people over 30 and people of size were not pleased with the retaliation.

Each time the controversy over Miley’s performance begins to die down, it crops back up in a new way. Sinead O’Connor sent several open letters to Cyrus over the internet stating her dislike of the performance. Miley’s parents told reporters that they love their daughter no matter what; however, they declined to say whether they liked the performance. Miley simply continues to enjoy the extra notoriety that comes with being a controversial entity in a world that loves to talk about others.
