HGTV, which has been giving away dream homes annually for 17 years, announced their 2014 dream home giveaway is to be a residence in Lake Tahoe, CA reportedly worth over $2 million.

According a video on HGTV's website, the house, which is part of the larger Truckee community, boasts an open floor plan and large windows, so the house's three spacious, most used rooms are filled with natural light. The kitchen is furnished with a suite of appliances. The living room features a stack-stone fireplace and a view of the forest landscape. HGTV highlights the large master suite, which includes a fireplace and a master bathroom with surrounding view, soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a powder room, as well as two more bedrooms and a family room on a second floor.

The 3200-square-foot house is furnished primarily by Ethan Allen.

"The New Eclecticism is all about fresh ways to express individual style, " said Ethan Allen CEO Farooq Kathwari. "It is a fashion-driven design approach, where rooms aren't just furnished, they're dressed. We always enjoy the creativity that Linda and her team bring to each HGTV(R) Dream Home and we are delighted to again be a part of it."

Those who wish to enter can do so twice a day: once on the HGTV website and once on FrontDoor.com until February 14, 2014. The winner will be drawn on February 26 and flown out to see the house in April.

Other prizes include a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali and a $250,000 prize from Quicken Loans.
