(photo courtesy MingleMediaTVNetwork)[/caption]American-born and now English resident Gwyneth Paltrow remains the picture of health and beauty at age 41. Her slender frame is the envy of women across the world. Part of her health routine is to detoxify her body of impurities. So how does the 41-year-old co-star of the Iron Man franchise get her detox? It may surprise some folks, but the actress uses a recipe based on a chocolate mixture which carries the hefty price tag of £50 or $82 USD.

While some may find that cost prohibitive, it is in support of one's own health and what's the price tag on that? As for the drink itself, it contains spirulina powder, peppermint flavored liquid chlorophyll, and chocolate. Paltrow swears the heavenly taste of the drink will take away any hint of sacrifice.

As for the rest of her diet, she eats plenty of fish, fresh soups, salads, and herbal teas. She also avoids coffee, alcohol, sugars, carbs, and dairy products. Has anyone told her that by avoiding coffee and alcohol her diet is sounding more and more like the Mormon practice called the "Word of Wisdom"? At any rate, she has come up with her advice through the help of nutritionists.
