After four years of marriage, soap opera star Victoria Rowell is back on the singles market again after husband Radcliffe Bailey filed legal papers to end their union. Rowell is best known to fans of "The Young and the Restless" for her ongoing role as Drucilla on that popular daytime drama. Soon to be ex-spouse Baily is an artist and sculptor. Although the reason behind the split was not revealed by the couple, according to their divorce agreement, there was a clause that stated that neither party could harass or bother the other following the settlement. The couple did not have any children nor did they sign any prenuptial agreement.

Rowell has admitted to living in a variety of foster homes while growing up and she even invited several of her foster mothers to be in attendance when she married Bailey in a ceremony in New Hampshire. The busy actress, who has had roles on the "Bill Cosby Show", "Diagnosis Murder" and "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", is also recognized by fans for her role in "Grand Theft Auto V". Rowell has compared her experiences searching for love as being in a desert and occasionally finding water for refreshment.
