[/caption]Authorities in North Carolina have issued an arrest warrant for professional WWE wrester Rick Flair, who has been managing to stay out of his home state for contempt of court violations and failure to pay separation costs and other legal fees to his ex-spouse amounting to more than $32,000. This meant that Flair decided it was best to avoid attending the recent 49ers-Panther game there unless he wanted to risk getting jailed until he can come up with the cash he owes his former wife.

But Flair insisted that there was another reason why he avoided getting a ticket to attend the competition being held at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Flair says he has been the recipient of numerous death threats, but it is unknown whether or not he has alerted law enforcement officials to investigate who may want to harass the WWE legend. The wrester, whose legal name is Richard Fliehr, has had an outstanding warrant for his arrest since last summer when he failed to meet a deadline to pay the court costs he owed and was under threat of being placed in the Mecklenburg County jail until he coughs up the funds.
