To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sports Illustrated Magazine's swimsuit edition, model Kate Upton bravely agreed to be photographed floating in a zero gravity environment.

This is not the first time that the gorgeous Upton has appeared on the cover of the special edition issue featuring the world's most beautiful women in swimming attire. For the 50th anniversary issue, insiders report that the "zero gravity space" shoot captured the lovely Upton outfitted in a silver bikini swimsuit.

The editors of Sports Illustrated also scored another coup when they were able to assemble a number of other super models who have graced the cover of the highly sought after Swimsuit Edition to appear in this golden anniversary edition. According to insiders, the list of returning swimsuit models includes talk show host Tyra Banks and actress/spokesmodel Christie Brinkley.

For the special photography shoot, Upton didn't really have to leave the safety of earth's atmosphere.

The shoot occurred while she was locked inside a special zero gravity chamber that made her appear to be weightless while accentuating her large breasts and making her long hair appear fuller than usual, making her resemble Jane Fonda's character in the cult movie "Barbarella."

So how does the 22-year-old super model keep her fantastic figure? Well, now thanks to her personal trainer Justin Gelband, we know exactly how she manages to do so.

Speaking to Shape magazine, Gelband reveals the blond bombshell's workout routine is a combo of Zumba, martial arts and functional training capoeira, Pilates and yoga. The program is called ModelFIT, understandably, considering Gelband's clients also include Victoria's Secret Angels Erin Heatherton, Candice Swanepoel and Lily Aldridge.

The NYC-based fitness guru's classes run just under an hour (about 45-50 minutes) and each session cost $40.

Of course, the program doesn't end in the gym. Gelband also told Harper's Bazaar, diet is essential to his regimen:

"When I sit down with anyone to discuss their workout regimen, the first thing I say to them is, ‘The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs.''
