Bree Walker DUI Arrest
Verteran News Anchor Busted in SoCal on DUI Charge
Orange County, California - Bree Walker once worked as a news anchor for a local CBS News affiliate where she openly displayed the congenital deformation of her hands in what is medically called ectrodactyly. She was known for her consumer advocacy and her attractive appearance, but that was then. Now, she has been arrested on a misdemeanor DUI after police pulled over car over at half past midnight this past Wednesday for driving through a red light.
According to the arresting officer, Mrs. Walker, age 61, smelled of booze, looked a mess, and failed the basic sobriety test. She refused to be administered a Breathalyzer test and was subsequently hauled off to county jail where she was administered a formal blood alcohol test and released several hours later. Apparently, she had her friend Petey the Pit Bull with her and the animal was remanded to animal control during her brief time in police custody.
Walker has struggled with alcoholism over her lifetime and did a stint in rehab back in 2007. Sadly, it has been rumored that she suffered a relapse in 2012 and has been binging regularly since that time. She has endured three failed marriages in her lifetime.
