Upon further review, Jake Gyllenhaal has decided his ex-girlfriend wasn't so bad after all. Word is out thatGyllenhaal is back together with Alyssa Miller after breaking up with her in January. Sources said they kept in touch the last few weeks even though they broke up.

The romance started to flounder around the holiday season last December. Gyllenhaal, 33, was finishing up work on the "Nightcrawler" project and had other commitments. He also spent a lot of time with members of his family. However, they kept in touch even though they stopped dating for a while, sources said. He decided he missed Miller's company, sources said.

Gyllenhaal of "Brokeback Mountain" and movie fame has had an on-and-off relationship since June 2013 with Miller, 24, a famed Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. That's when they met at a New York City gym. They dated for about six months then nearly split it off in December. The relationship just sort of seemed to fizzle out, insiders said.

The hunky heart throb Gyllenhaal has been known to date very beautiful and famous women. He famously has been with Taylor Swift, Emily DiDonato, another well-known Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and fellow thespian Reese Witherspoon.
